Tell us about your room.
How many tables, how you take bookings today, and what goes wrong on a Saturday. We’ll draw your floor plan in Tablemint and show you your own service running on it — before you commit to anything.
We reply within one working day. Usually the same afternoon.

Everything except the message is short. It goes to a human, not a queue.
What happens after you press send
- Within one working day A person reads it and replies. Not a ticket number, not a drip sequence — an actual answer to what you asked.
- Day two or three We draw your room from your floor plan, a sketch on a napkin, or a photo of the dining room. It takes us about an hour.
- A 30-minute call, at your hour We run a full sample service on your map, with your table numbers, so you can see whether it fits how you actually work.
- A quiet lunch If it looks right, you run one low-stakes shift on it before it ever touches a Saturday. If it doesn’t, we’ll say so and part on good terms.
Response times, honestly
- First reply
- < 1 working day
- Floor plan drawn
- 2–3 days
- Our answering hours
- 10:00–17:00
- Founding cohort places
- Limited
We answer between ten and five on purpose. At seven in the evening you are on the floor and so, ideally, is everyone we build for.
Useful to have handy
- A floor plan — architect’s drawing, a photo, or a sketch on the back of a docket. All three work.
- What you use today for the book, the pass and the till.
- Roughly how many covers a typical Saturday does.
- Your quietest shift — that is the one we’d start on.
We draw your room from these
Not ready to talk?
Fair enough. Watch a service run on the sample floor, or read the whole price — both are on the front page and neither needs an email address.
Other routes in
Some questions don’t need a form.
General and founding cohort
hello@gettablemint.com reaches everyone. founding@gettablemint.com goes straight to the person running onboarding.
Data, privacy and contracts
Questions about where guest data lives, what we process and what a monthly agreement actually says: privacy@gettablemint.com. We answer these properly, in plain English.
Something is broken
Founding venues get a direct line for anything that happens mid-service, and it is answered during service. Everyone else, use the form — and say “urgent” in the first line.
One thing we will not do
Put you on a nurture sequence. If Tablemint is not right for your room — wrong size, wrong workflow, or you are perfectly happy with the paper book — we will tell you, and that will be the last email you get from us unless you write first.
